It will smoke up real quick on you and sizzle so be aware of that.
I ended up making a gravy to go over some stuffing I made and it tasted very good. I added some flour to thin it while it was reducing and some spices as well. The taste is very good and with the low calories and sugar it turned out well.
I can not wait to try this on some fish or scallops next. The bottles were individually wrapped and came sealed well.
I think the price was fair for what you get and the flavor it imparts is an added bonus.
Will buy again and recommend this!

Great for deglazing a pan!

I do like the flavor of this, however, compared to using any normal wine in your dish, this has very little sweetness. So while it adds that wine flavor, you may be expecting a bit more of a bright note to your dish than this provides. That doesn't make this bad, and in fact that may be what you're going for more so than a regular wine might do, so if that's the case, this is perfect. It's all about what you're going for. All in all this product is high quality, and the amount you get for the money isn't too bad. I like it, just know what you're getting into.
