Vivibio's Azuki are legumes in beans. Excellent as a side dish, rich in carbohydrates and proteins. We recommend washing the beans and letting them soak in cold water for 6-8 hours. Drain them, wash them with running water and place them in a large pot with about 7-8 glasses of water (about 1 and a half liters). Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Add salt when cooked and season to taste with oil, soy sauce or gomasio.
